Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at support@shopmaravessa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return is needed.

Change-of-mind returns
You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@shopmaravessa.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items we can't accept
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used skincare, nail care or tanning products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
