Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days after shipping. Orders to Canada, the UK and Australia typically arrive within 10–28 days. Some orders can take longer, especially during holidays and peak season. Tracking is included on every order.

Holiday orders
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by December 1. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 25.

Shipping cost
Shipping rates, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (US) or 30 days (international), email us at support@shopmaravessa.com and we'll make it right.
